Please follow the instructions below for Returns/Refunds.
Where MFL are supplying consumers (i.e. individuals buying for themselves rather than for a business) you have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Any business customer wishing to return goods should do so within 28 days of purchase.
There will be a 15% handling charge for any product returned,that has been incorrectly ordered by the customer.
The customer is responsible for any returned carriage costs, providing the goods are not faulty, whereby MFL will cover all return costs.
Step 1: Contact MFL for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by phone or email (see below).
Step 2: Package and return the item(s) to MFL using the address below. All items should be in original packaging and un-opened.
Step 3: Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods by MFL to the original payment method used.
No returns are available for custom designed products, unless proven faulty.
